Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

Order Processing Times

  • Processing: All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery: Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking activation: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch
